Since we work with frequencies, a mobile session, with speaker on and sound up loud OR with earbuds or headset, is as effective as an in-clinic session and may be more convenient. This option can be useful if you have limited time or are feeling unwell and require support at home to strengthen your immune system. Each session includes five targeted boosts for problem areas.

Suggested Sessions – Identifying Patterns
We recommend several sessions over a short period to identify and confirm current imbalances. The frequency of subsequent sessions will be determined by individual needs. You may wish to continue with the regular sessions to bring your body back into a healthier balance, and then later space out your visits according to what suits your time and financial situation. Regular sessions will support the immune system's self-repair mechanisms by addressing frequency imbalances. The compiled results which are emailed after the first three sessions are handy for checking your progress. For persistent patterns that your body is finding difficult to change, assistance from a medical professional, physiotherapist, or naturopath may be necessary.
Limitations
Redland Reflexology and the Body Frequency Analyser do not detect cancer, diagnose diseases or medical conditions, or provide treatment or cures for health issues. If you have any symptoms which are concerning you, please do not rely on or wait to see if the frequency optimisation corrects the issue. You need to see your doctor.
