FHS - Monitor your progress toward better health
After the initial 6 sessions your Frequency Health Score (FHS) is established by combining the total Initial Frequency Imbalances on both the Body Chemistry and the Body Organ results to discover your current FHS.
FHS = the total current 'yellow' patterns and your total IFI across Body Chemistry & Body Organs results. For example, depending on your initial health, if your Initial Frequency Imbalance patterns across your Body Chemistry and Body Organ Results total say 200 after 6 sessions, then your Frequency Health Score (FHS) would start at FHS=200/200.
If consistent weekly sessions over the following months helped you to correct and reduce your overall infrequency imbalances to say 70 for example; your revised Frequency Health Score would be FHS=70/200. After each session you can calculate your FHS to measure your progress. We believe a perfect FHS=0/200 would be unrealistic as a goal. The aim should be to reduce your Frequency Health Score as much as possible to optimise your health.

After the first three sessions the results are emailed after each following session.
